24-hour notice
Your appointment time is reserved just for you. If you need to cancel or reschedule, please let us know at least 24 hours before your appointment so we can offer the time to someone on our waitlist.
Late cancellations and no-shows
Appointments cancelled with less than 24 hours’ notice, and missed appointments, are subject to a [$50] fee, charged to the card on file. After [two] missed appointments, we may ask for a deposit or prepayment before booking again.
Treatment deposits
Some treatments require a deposit of [X] at booking to hold your time. The deposit is applied to the cost of your treatment. It is refunded when you cancel with at least 24 hours’ notice and is forfeited for late cancellations and no-shows.
Late arrivals
Please arrive a few minutes early to check in. If you arrive more than 15 minutes late, we may need to shorten your treatment or reschedule it so the next client isn’t kept waiting. A late arrival that has to be rescheduled may be treated as a late cancellation.
Membership appointments
The same notice applies to members. A late cancellation or missed appointment may use the monthly treatment or credit booked for that visit, as described in your membership agreement. See our Memberships page for plan details.
How to cancel or reschedule
Call us at (480) 555-0142 or email hello@solenneaesthetics.com. Voicemails and emails are time-stamped, so notice left outside opening hours counts from the moment we receive it.
Exceptions
We understand that emergencies and illness happen. If you can’t make your appointment for reasons outside your control, contact us as soon as you can; we may waive the fee at our discretion.
